Please note that TheOnlineAgent only acts has an intermediary between you(the buyer)/patronizer and the seller/service provider. Therefore TheOnlineAgent cannot guarantee the effective working condition of any product/gadget as the case may be.

Every prospective buyer would be given an opportunity to check or physically handle the product before payment is made.

TheOnlineAgent holds the right to know of any existing fault(s) of any product brought to us by a seller.

It is our (TheOnlineAgent) duty to ensure every existing fault of any product which TheOnlineAgent already as prior knowledge of due to the info already given by the seller be relayed to the prospective buyer upon enquiries by such an individual.

Note that any form of payment initially goes to TheOnlineAgent official account & remains there for a period of 12hours before it would be sent to the seller.

There is a guarantee of at most 12hours after every transaction. During this period the new owner/purchaser of the merchandise can fully assess the product peradventure there’s an existing fault that he/she wasn’t given prior knowledge about.

In the case whereby an existing fault is found within this period of 12hours, the product/merchandise can be returned and cash refunded asap provided there are no physical distortions of such a product caused by the buyer.

A refund is not guaranteed once the given space of time(12 hours) as elapsed.

All sellers posting items up for sale on this platform should endeavor to upload a snapshot of the receipt. In cases whereby the receipts are not available, a snapshot of an acceptable means of identification should be uploaded (e.g. student ID card, drivers license, PVC or NIN slip/card)


Note that TheOnlineAgent acts only as an intermediary between students and landlords/caretakers of hostels seen on this App.

TheOnlineAgent doesn’t act in any way as the caretaker to any of the hostels listed in this App.

Note that as soon as payment is done and receipts issued, the deal is sealed and the work of TheOnlineAgent is done therefore peradventure any problem/unpleasant circumstance arises in the nearby future, the tenant deals with the landlord/caretaker directly as this is of no concern to TheOnlineAgent.
